Description

These two salad dressings are my go-to’s! Red Wine Vinaigrette + Maple Dijon Vinaigrette. So easy to make, healthy and delicious!

Ingredients

Maple Dijon Vinaigrette:

  • 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt + Pepper

Red Wine Vinaigrette:

  • 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 4 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1-2 small garlic cloves, grated*
  • ½ Tsp Dried Oregano
  • ½ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt + Pepper

Instructions

Maple Dijon Vinaigrette:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a mason jar and shake. Refrigerate leftovers!

Red Wine Vinaigrette:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a mason jar and shake. Refrigerate leftovers!

Notes

*I find that grating your garlic on a microplane is the best for vinaigrette, dressing, anything you’ll be eating raw. By doing this you won’t bite into any big pieces of raw garlic. It incorporates really well this way. Grating it also intensifies the flavour so start with one clove, taste and if you want it more “garlicy” add a second one.
